Getting started
Follow the steps below to sign up to Retable;
- 1.
- 2.Click on the “Sign up” button on the top right of the screen.
- 3.Type your first name, last name, email and password (password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 number, 1 upper and 1 lowercase and 1 special character).
- 4.Click on “Start” button.
Alternatively, you may also use Google or LinkedIn single-sign-on.

Follow the steps below to login to Retable;
- 1.Go to the Retable website.
- 2.Write your email and password, or use Google single-sign-on.
- 3.Click on the "Sign in" button.

Click on the logout symbol on the top right of the screen next to the user's name.

Follow the steps below to reset your password:
- 1.Login to the account (if you forgot your password, please see 'Forgot password' section below).
- 2.Click on the name of the user which is on the right top of the screen.
- 3.Click on “Password”.
- 4.Type your current and new password .
- 5.Click on “Change password”.

If you forgot your password, follow the steps below.
- 1.Click on “Forgot password” link on the login page.
- 2.Type your email and click “Send password reset link”.

Follow the steps below to sign up Retable with Google account;

- 2.Click on “Sign up” button on the top right of the screen.
- 3.Click on "Sign up with Google" button on the "Sign up" screen.
- 4.Select your account from the screen that opens.
- 5.You are signed up to Retable with your google account.

Follow the steps below to sign up to Retable with your LinkedIn account:
- 1.Go to Retable website.
- 2.Click on “Sign up” button on the top right of the screen.
- 3.Click on "Sign up with LinkedIn" button on the "Sign up" screen.
- 4.Select your account from the screen that opens.
- 5.You are signed up to Retable with your LinkedIn account.
Follow the steps below to sign upto Retable with your Apple account:
- 1.Go to Retable website.
- 2.Click on “Sign up” button on the top right of the screen.
- 3.Click on "Sign up with Apple" button on the "Sign up" screen.
- 4.Select your account from the screen that opens.
- 5.You are signed up to Retable with your Apple account.
Follow the steps below to edit profile;
- 1.Login to the account which needs to edit profile.
- 2.Click the name of the user which is on the right top of the screen.
- 3.Click “Profile”.
- 4.Edit profile picture, profile name or surname.
- 5.Click “Save Profile”.

If you are a member of the system for the first time, the "Get up and running fast!" modal opens after the workspace onboarding steps;
- 1.Start from scratch: You can create a new blank base with custom tables, fields, and views.
- 2.Import a .csv and xls(x): You can easily migrate your existing projects in just a few minutes.
- 3.Start with a template: You can select a template to get started and customize as you go.

You can change the email address you have associated with your Retable. In case you move to a different organization, you can move your data to another email using the steps below:
- 1.Go to "Account overview".
- 2.Click on the "E-mail" area and change your email.
- 3.Type your current password and click on the "Save Profile" button.
If you are logged in with your Google or LinkedIn accounts, you will see the notification "to change your email, you must first add a Retable password". In this case click on "Add a Retable password." and define a password first, and follow the steps above.
Retable supports four languages (English, French, Italian, Turkish). In the future, we will add more languages to Retable.
API can be used to remotely connect to your Retable database and add or remove lines from your tables.
You can create new API keys and delete your existing API Key. It'll give you more control over API access.
To create a new api key;
- Click the profile picture.
- Click the "API" tab.
- Click the "Create New API" button.
- You can change the name of your API.
Do not forget to enable your API key to use it on any platform.
You can easily switch between light and dark modes with one click and use your spreadsheets as effectively as you wish.

Once you delete your account, there is no going back. All data associated with your account will also be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved later. We recommend that you export your data before deleting your account.
To delete your Retable account:
- 1.Go to your profile.
- 2.Scroll to the bottom of your Profile page and go to "Danger Zone".
- 3.Click the "Delete my account" button.
- 4.Verify your Account by entering your password.
- 5.Click on the link in the email you receive and delete your account.
If you do not have a password and you have logged in with Google, LinkedIn or Apple, you will be create a password.
